Online consultation and second opinion
A video consultation with Dr. Shami herself, on Zoom, in English or Arabic. For a second opinion, a review of cycles that have not worked, or the first step of treatment from abroad.

How it works
Before the call, you send your reports by WhatsApp or email: previous test results, cycle summaries, embryo reports, scans, and a short history in your own words. Dr. Shami reads them before you meet, so the call is spent on what matters.
The call lasts around 30 to 45 minutes on Zoom. Both partners are welcome. She goes through your history, explains what she sees in your results, answers your questions, and tells you plainly what she would recommend and why.
After the call, you receive a written summary: her assessment, the tests or treatment she suggests, and, if you are abroad, what can be done locally and what would need a visit to Dubai.
The consultation is booked and paid through the clinic; the team confirms the time in your time zone.

Questions patients ask
Can Dr. Shami prescribe medication online?
She can recommend treatment and write the protocol, but prescriptions and monitoring abroad are carried out by your local doctor following her written plan. For patients in the UAE, prescriptions are issued at the clinic.
What should I send before the consultation?
Any fertility test results, previous cycle reports, scans, surgical notes, and a short summary of your story. If you are not sure whether something is relevant, send it anyway.
Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. It is a medical consultation like any other. Your reports are kept as part of your clinic record and are not shared without your consent.
